Andiamo A Ischia!

The prior night we had to make a last minute arrangement for a ride to Sorrento because the ferry from Positano to Ischia was not running. We hopped into a van and arrived in Sorrento to enjoy some cafe before our ferry to the island. Unfortunately the ferry would not be embarking on it's trip. The only ferry we could catch to Ischia that day would be in Napoli. We quickly finished our coffee, hopped on to the train to Naples and caught the ferry to Ischia.

We checked into our lovely B&B and got a ride to enjoy the thermal springs of Negombo. Walking through the park and hopping into the various thermal pools was relaxing and fun. Enjoying Peronis as well was even better. The waves were quite intense that day but this made for good surfing conditions and we got to watch a few people catch some waves.

Back in town we enjoyed dinner on the water to finish out the night. This time though no delizia al limone, but it's absence was made up for by semifreddo and panna cotta.
